Fall 2024

No class is exactly the same because no yoga instructor is exactly the same but our model focuses on various ways of cultivating mindfulness through intention-setting, building strength, mobility, and flexibility through physical movement, leaving space for freedom of expression and real-time adaptation.

Expect dynamic, creative, and transformative yoga experiences including intention-setting, breath, and movement.

Bloom power flow

Heated 90°-100°

This class is dynamic, fun and intentional and will challenge you mentally and physically.

It offers a powerful Vinyasa-style flow experience with a creative sequence that moves at a fast pace (1-3 breath cycles per movement) to soulful, upbeat music. This class focuses on yoga poses integrated with functional exercises and postures intended to build strength, flexibility, mobility and heat, with plenty of opportunities to dial it up or back based on yogi preference.

BLOOM Flow

Heated 80°-90°

This class is fluid, fun, and intentional but slowed down a bit, intended to allow a little extra time coming in and out of the poses for your body to adapt, adjust and align.

This all-levels flow class offers a creative sequence that is intentional, restorative, and moves at a moderate pace (3-7 breath cycles per movement) to soulful music.

Bloom Strength

Heated 85°-90°

This class is high-energy and challenges the total-body where yoga meets strength.

This class will combine plyometrics, a touch of cardio, bodyweight exercises and of course yoga, sequenced together to build sweat, functional strength and alignment. Additional modalities, techniques and props such as weights and resistance bands may be introduced in this class.

BLOOM Bliss

Heated 75°-85°

This class is slow and intentional; no rushing, physically or mentally.

You will experience relaxed holds of several minutes to access the deepest tissues of the body. You'll be encouraged to pay attention to each moment and work gradually through each posture. Since the physical practice is simple, this opens up a chance to practice a deeper state of awareness and mindfulness.
Additional modalities and techniques may be introduced in the class to further invite relaxation and harmony.

Bloom Beats

Heated 90°-100°

Hip Hop Flow

This class is a Power Flow that moves at a steady, fun pace but set to hip-hop beats. This class will have you moving, breathing, sweating, flowing and grooving.

BLOOM Core

Heated 80°-90°

This class is the perfect blend of yoga and pilates, combined into a mindful workout that is focused on realigning the body with an emphasis on posture, strength, flexibility, and stability.

You will feel challenged with exercises that tone, tighten and lengthen your major core muscle groups. Additional modalities, techniques and props, such as resistance bands, may be introduced in this class.

Bloom Free Flow

Heated 80°-90°

This class emphasizes the connection between body, breath, music and movement.

This is a joyful, playful, and rhythmic approach to yoga. This class will keep you moving and flowing with the music and can be an accessible way for beginners to get into yoga, while also challenging more experienced practitioners to explore new dimensions of their practice.
